CITYWIDE PARENTS’ COUNCIL
“Concern” “Participation” “Communication”
Mission:
To create a better understanding of the Quincy Education system by:
 | Providing a forum for discussion and interchange of ideas between representatives of each school, respecting their individual problems, programs and activities; and their cooperative efforts to improve school relationships and conditions with the city; |
| Affording a representative assembly for the active expression of the wishes of a majority of the individual schools through the presentation of proposals and recommendations to the School Department or the public through the press or other authorized publicity; and |
| Supporting or assisting worthwhile school or civic projects which foster or contribute to the educational and recreational opportunities to improve education, health and general welfare of Quincy school children. |
